Thank you again Shaun Spalding with New Media Rights for continually stepping in to help both All Source Events LLC and InstaRateUs teams at REC Innovation Lab under Director Tanya Hertz with the basics of law in a startup environment and for covering the important legal fundamentals for us as entrepreneurs. ASE and InsaRate are busy making creative projects and are sometimes in need of legal services but it often costs $300 to $500 bucks an hour to hire a lawyer! Therefore, as a Founder and a Co-founder it's important to be able to interpret law. Also, how to do my own research and how to spot issues that I may encounter. These workshops empower my teams to build our companies framework based on important legal issues. We came away with some things that are useful to avoid making mistakes early in the process where it’s much easier to solve problems.
