Education provides knowledge but not prestige. What you are known for and projecting to the world depends on your interactions and how you invoke certain perceptions and attitudes that become your personal brand. Long-term supportive and collaborative industry environments require human aspects as well as the technical. Inflection is realizing how you are received when cultivating relationships. People will forget what you said, and people will forget what you did but people will never forget how you made them feel. Be that person that energizes others and not drains them.
